Remember: Always stop an exercise if it causes pain

Two minutes maximum on each exercise. The point when you stop is when your technique begins to flaw and the repetitions are not being carried out in the correct way.

Exercises are done as alternations between left and right. 5 reps on the left, 5 on the right, continuous.
