A one to one session is part of the training package ‘Monthly running plan plus 1-1s’ or as a stand alone whether you are on or not on a plan.
There are a range of one to one types I can offer. With my physiotherpists eye and coaching knowledge I can get the most out of you during your one to one.
- Biomechanical analysis one to one – looking at your technique and providing real time feedback as well as video review. Coaching cues, running drills and exercise prescription can be talked through and taught and added to subsequent plans if you are on them. Or progressed next time at a one to one session. A session focus and plan is made ahead of time with written feedback provided post session including strategies talked about, any videos required, exercises needed and drills to incorporate in upcoming sessions.

- Session support one to one – you may value that coach at the sideline every now and then to encourage, motivate and provide coaching feedback. Timed intervals and or bike support can be offered at the track or on your favourite training route. Athletes on a plan can use one of their sessions already built or an additional session. Whilst non plan athletes will give me their goals, current training and a plan will be made.

- Small group session – you and your friends may appreciate a session designed to get the most out you as a group. You may all be training for a similar goal or have fitness goals. It may be that you and your colleagues would value a session for team building and to reach work well-being. A session focus and plan is made ahead of time for your small group.
- Long run bike support – you may need a one off or regular bike support. At a discussed location I can hand the drinks, pace and offer the invaluable encouragement if you need that extra bit of confidence on these sometimes daunting runs.
