Run 4 U and Perform training plans offer a service that is tailored around individual commitments, goals and current physical capabilities.
Sessions are individual made to match your needs through an ‘agreed’ structure. We will work ‘together’ to help you achieve.

Monthly running plan
This plan includes:
- Tailored running programme
- Initial consultation and Goal Discussion to make sure training is targeted to reach your goals
- Amendments to plan throughout duration based on feedback from previous weeks
- Plans added to final surge app with structured workouts to sync to smart watch

Bolt ons!
All of the following are extras that you can ‘bolt on’ to the Monthly running plan.
Monthly check in calls (via teams)
This bolt on includes:
- General how things are going and feedback
- Recommended progression discussion
- Race strategy talks and communications
- Analysis of data with feedback on some key markers
£20 per month
Monthly one to ones
This bolt on includes:
- A dedicated 1-1 session including run or bike along support, timings/pacing on a session, warm-up drills and discussion of key drills to include in the month ahead, education of running styles/technique, tactical drills for racers.
- *In an agreed / safe location – possibilities include track, disused railways, parks, etc within 15 miles of Burton).
£49 per month (additional £20 if you would like a biomechanical analysis)
Monthly strength and conditioning
This bolt on includes:
- Video support for general home / gym strength and conditioning with progress tips and advice on how to perform exercises (reps/tempo/sets/rest)
- Legs, functional, arms, core, plyometric, drill exercises to support goals.
- Progressions made according to the phase of your training and initially structured from a teams chat.
From £20 per month
Body image check in calls (via teams)
This bolt on includes:
- General how things are going and feedback
- Look at body image and discussion of key exercises for trimming the pounds
- Look at key exercises to work on either on your own or with S&C plans

Triathlon plan package
Support is on offer for a novice level all the way up to Ironman level.
This plan includes:
- Tailored swim, bike, run and transition programme
- Initial consultation and Goal Discussion to make sure training is targeted to reach your goals
- Amendments to plan throughout duration based on feedback from previous weeks
- Plans added to final surge app with structured workouts to sync to smart watch.
£95 per month, bolt ons are available with Triathlon plan package
Fitness plan package
If you are trying to shred a few pounds or simply feel and get fit then this plan is for you. You may not run so the aims will be to include a variety of training that will see you build muscle, get leaner and increase cardiovasuclar fitness.
We work around the activities you WANT to do and give you the motivation to get it done.
This plan includes:
- Tailored fitness programme
- Initial consultation and Goal Discussion to make sure training is targeted to reach your goals
- Amendments to plan throughout duration based on feedback from previous weeks
- Plans added to final surge app with structured workouts to sync to smart watch
£50 per month, additional bolt ons are recommended.
Rehab plan package
This plan includes:
- Discussion over injury and current training schedule.
- Discussion of physio assessments and option to contact for notes.
- Work through all the possibilities for cross training and strength and conditioning.
- Tailored plans to suit all that you CAN do to help progress through times of injury or to improve from injury.
- Communication daily through app and bi-weekly through teams call.

Additional 1-1s
- You may wish to have a one to one session without being on a plan or as additional as part of any of the above plans
- With my knowledge of coaching and being a physiotherapist I believe I can offer a range of skills during a one to one session to get the most out of your running and training

1-off one to one session if you are on a plan: £49 plus £20 for biomechanical one to one
1-off one to one session if you are NOT on a plan: £59 plus £20 for biomechanical one to one.
For a multi pack of 6-one to ones receive a discounted prices of £250 plus £20 each for additional biomechanical input.
