I’m so pleased I took the plunge and invested in coaching with Abbey. I was finding that despite best intentions I would yoyo around with motivation and get bored of my runs. That’s massively improved now. Having a weekly plan that is tailored to me and my goals, is great.

The support provided by Abbey to explain things, and her ability to tailor the training expectations to suit, has made it a plan that not only challenges me but that is also achievable and has enough variety to stay interesting. That has kept me really motivated throughout and I am seeing results and feeling good about running. I look forward to what is possible now and setting new goals to progress to. Thanks Abbey.
