Following years of running, I thought my best times were behind me. After running with Abbey’s Monday night group, I signed up with her to do me a training plan for a marathon target and it was the best thing I could have done. The variety of sessions, individual feedback and positive encouragement helped me to achieve times I never dreamt was possible.

Abbey is knowledgeable, flexible and inspiring. She understands the demands of juggling running with a busy work and family life, and plans training accordingly. I just wish I’d had a coached plan sooner!
