Abbey started coaching me 3 months ago after I had ran my first half marathon. I knew my training needed more focus. Abbey’s training plans are set for the week ahead and are exciting to look at. They are varied and set specifically for you from reviewing data. Each session is clear and has notes as to paces/effort and you receive feedback after each run. I never thought 3 months ago I would be running at the paces I am now and with this much enjoyment.

Abbey is an inspirational runner and as a coach, she is encouraging, supportive and really understands you and your running.
